

Dublin is a fantastic city, a great place to work and play. Dublin is also very photogenic and I try to carry my camera where ever I go in the city. I will publish a lot more photos from my home city but here are a few to start.

According to the Office of Public Works, The Phoenix Park is the largest enclosed public park in any capital city in Europe. It was originally formed as a royal hunting Park in the 1660s and opened to the public in 1747. The Park is also home to the Zoological Gardens, Áras an Uachtaráin (home of the President of Ireland), and Victorian flower gardens and the Ambassador's Official Residence since 1927.
The park is also home to a herd of a couple of hundred fallow deer.

The Temple of Heaven is an imperial complex of religious buildings situated in the southeastern part of central Beijing. The complex was visited by by the Emperor to pray for a great harvest.

According to Wikipedia the “Matterhorn is a mountain of the Alps, straddling the main watershed and border between Switzerland and Italy. It is a large, near-symmetrical pyramidal peak in the extended Monte Rosa area of the Pennine Alps, whose summit is 4,478 metres high, making it one of the highest summits in the Alps and Europe”.

I love New Mexico. Nothing beats the high desert between Albuquerque and Santa Fe. It is a wonderland of colour and texture. It is a challenge to make photographs in the bright sun it can lead to some interesting images.
